PineBridge Global Emerging Markets Focus Equity Fund Unit Class Y Accumulating USD

The Sub-Fund seeks to achieve a relatively high rate of growth, on a long-term basis, through careful selection of equity (i.e. shares) and equity-related securities in global Emerging Markets whilst seeking to protect the Sub-Fund from downside risk (i.e. the risk of a fall in the value of these shares and related instruments). The Sub-Fund will invest not less than two-thirds of the Sub-Fund's total assets in transferable securities of issuers domiciled in or exercising the predominant part of their economic activities in global Emerging Markets. The Investment Manager constructs the portfolio based on a combination of bottom-up high conviction lists, a top-down country allocation framework, and a top-down industry allocation framework. The Sub-Fund may invest no more that 20% of its Net Asset Value in locally listed Russian shares at any one time and investment will only be made in equity securities that are listed / traded on the Moscow Stock Exchange. Such an investment will not form the principal focus of the Sub-Fund.
