The Fund seeks to track the price and the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Nasdaq Sprott Junior Uranium Miners Index (the Index). The Index is governed by a published, rules-based methodology and is designed to measure the performance of a global investable universe of publicly listed mid and small market capitalisation companies that are involved in the mining, exploration, development and production of uranium and/or hold physical uranium and uranium royalties.
