Die Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC, London, England, die
Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, London, England, die
Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, London, England, die
Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London, England, und
die Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, haben
uns am 21. September 2007 gemäß §21 (1) WpHG eine Veränderung ihrer
Stimmrechtsanteile an der Interhyp AG, München, Deutschland,
mitgeteilt:

Ameriprise Financial Inc. is the parent company of Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings Limited, which is the parent company of
Threadneedle Asset Management Limited and Threadneedle Investment
Services Limited. Threadneedle Investment Services Limited delegates
asset management to Threadneedle Asset Management Limited.
Threadneedle Investment Services Limited is the investment manager of
Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.

Please be advised that on 18 September 2007 the share of voting
stocks of the above mentioned companies in Interhyp AG, Munich,
Germany, went below the threshold of 3% of the total voting stocks of
the company.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC
in Interhyp AG at 18 September 2007 amounted to 2.370% (154,000
shares). These voting rights are held by subfunds of Threadneedle
Investment Funds ICVC.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Investment Services
Limited in Interhyp AG at 18 September 2007 amounted to 2.370%
(154,000 shares). These voting rights are in their entirety
attributable to Threadneedle Investment Services Limited pursuant to
§ 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management
Limited in Interhyp AG at 18 September 2007 amounted to 2.370%
(154,000 shares). These voting rights are in their entirety
attributable to Threadneedle Asset Management Limited pursuant to §
22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG.

The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management
Holdings Limited in Interhyp AG at 18 September 2007 amounted to
2.370% (154,000 shares). These voting rights are in their entirety
attributable to Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent 1 No. 6, sent. 2 and sent. 3 WpHG.

The percentage of voting rights of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. in
Interhyp AG at 18 September 2007 amounted to 2.370% (154,000 shares).
These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Ameriprise
Financial, Inc. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6, sent. 2 and
sent. 3 WpHG.
